the location was perfect. tourist areas and numerous restaurants were very accessible. the breakfast was great, very yummy. the staff were helpful and always available.
the faucet released brown dirty water when i first used it. i suspect that the room has not been used for a very long time. this could be hazardous for health.

the staff greeted guests with a smile each morning, showing really good hospitality skills. front desk personnel and housekeeping were lovely and eager to help. aof and pangpond provided efficient and joyful checkout assistance.

Breakfast offered various choices including northern, european, japanese and thai styles. the breakfast buffet featured delicious options. The food was AMAZING!!! i especially enjoyed the kao soi offered daily.

the gym included water, towels, and air conditioning. the rooftop swimming pool overlooked the mountain. free bicycle rentals were available. these amenities were fully functional and convenient.
